		<description>Indeed.   I  like your point about when it is shared in art.  As a writer,  I was trained to process the hell out of that raw material, to the point where it is unrecognizable.  But I believe you are right.  It allows for a true connection, and I think it also frees up the energy that might have otherwise been stuck in a knot.  Thank you for your insight, S!</description>

		<description>Was thinking about radical acceptance.  I had never heard the term before.  But I'm thinking that when this is shared, as was done in the example, it seems like one of the few ways that we really connect.  Truly connect.  Whether it's between two chums,  a speaker and an audience, a reader and an author (or an artist, musician, etc.) it is inevitably the moment where you tune in.  No more day-dreaming or glazed eyes-you become present instantly.  Right?</description>
